    • The reviewer, reviewee, organizers, and Driving Evals all share the data. No one can "take their data and go home," stranding the other users
  • How secure?
    • Uses a hugely-popular open-source application framework (Drupal), used by large sites including whitehouse.gov
    • Security is written and audited by highly-skilled security experts
  • Passwords?
    • Passwords are state-of-the-art encrypted using SHA512 with a salt. Gobbledygook? Translation: very secure
  • Where is the site hosted?
    • On a cloud server in a data center in Chicago, employing two independent backup strategies
  • Privacy
    • Students can see only their own logbook, and not the confidential comments about them
    • Instructors can see their logook (and not confidential comments from organizers about them), plus that of the student(s) (including confidential comments)
    • Organizers can see all logbooks, including instructors
